Welcome to InnPlate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InnPlate platform and services available at innplate.in (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "InnPlate", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Service.
- "You" or "User" refers to any individual or entity that registers for or uses the Service.
- "Restaurant" refers to a restaurant account (tenant) created on the platform.
- "Subscription" refers to a paid or trial plan granting access to the Service.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- One email address may be associated with only one account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- InnPlate offers a free trial and paid annual subscription plans.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are accepted via UPI QR and other supported methods.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Downgrades are not permitted. You may only upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to access other restaurants' data or bypass security measures
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
5. Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (menus, images, videos, etc.).
- You grant InnPlate a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
- InnPlate does not claim ownership of your restaurant data.
6. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure, hosting provider issues, etc.).
7. Account Suspension & Termination
- Accounts with expired subscriptions are automatically suspended. Data is preserved for at least 90 days.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- You may request account deletion by contacting us at innplate@innplate.in.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnPlate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold InnPlate harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
